You can read about Rotary's Paul Harris and find wonder in his messages, essays and books. You can also learn about Rotary's famous 4-Way Test or take our Rotary Global History tour. In addition, we offer four monthly features: "Why I Am A Rotarian," "What Paul Harris Said" "Our Foundation Newsletter," and "Rotary Global History Fellowship Day." Mark your calendar to join us in Montreal as RGHF will celebrate 10 years of service to Rotarians with a goal of $10,000 in grants to other history organizations in Rotary. Also see www.rghf.org/grants
Anything you can't find - visit our history search page. Want to talk about a subject, visit our www.rghfforum.org or us our RGHF comment form. Want to contribute, visit and then join us! We want new members-new ideas-new explorations into the essential elements of Rotary. We extend an invitation to all Rotarians to come and join this dynamic project, Rotary Global History Fellowship.
I am honored with the distinct privilege to be elected Chairman of our Fellowship for 2007-2010, but an organization does not survive and thrive by a single voice or hand. All Rotarians are indebted to our dedicated committee of historians and researchers, those who find philosophies, goodwill stories, service projects, speeches, acts of fellowship plus a pursuit of peace, and, of course, all those who continuously gather and assemble the "best of the best" of Rotary's principles, ideas, ideals and visions of service for the world.
Our band of Rotarians of RGHF serve by an adopted concept: "Slowly, we seek to serve others, believing that history will encourage membership retention."
We also invite you to join us for our 10th anniversary: Chicago 10-12 October 2009 www.RGHF101010.org
Joe Kagle, RGHF Chairman & President 2007-2010 Rotary Global History Fellowship
Where your money goes: RGHF (Rotary Global History Fellowship) provides grants to deserving history organizations that serve all of Rotary. That these grants will be presented annually at the Rotary International Convention and be called "Rotary Global History Fellowship Grants." These Grants are made possible by the contributions from supporters and RGHF members, and the dues of RGHF members. For more information see www.joinrghf.org
